On the Sapphire Coast, Eden (opens in a new tab) faces Twofold Bay. It is a useful base for getting your bearings on the coast, with waterfront history and nearby national park country.

Start at the waterfront

Begin around Snug Cove (opens in a new tab) to see the working harbour and find local orientation at Eden Welcome Centre before choosing the day’s direction.

Walk with care

At Severs Beach (opens in a new tab), use the boardwalk and formed paths. The area includes Aboriginal cultural heritage, so keeping to the route is a simple way to help look after it.

Plan the surrounding coast

Allow time for the coast beyond town, including nearby Beowa National Park. Check the official Eden destination information (opens in a new tab) before setting out, and adapt your plans to the conditions on the day.
